About Angad

Angad Singh is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group who primarily focuses on complex litigation involving commercial disputes related to automotive product warranty, products liability and fraudulent claims.

Angad is an experienced litigator who routinely handles cases from their inception. He predominantly represents companies and organizations involved in the design, development, manufacturing and selling of motor vehicles. Angad regularly advises clients on litigation strategies, settlement negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Angad served as a deputy district attorney where he gained experience successfully prosecuting general felony and misdemeanor matters. As a deputy district attorney, he regularly wrote and argued dispositive motions, conducted adversarial evidentiary hearings and presented his cases to juries.

Angad graduated from Santa Clara University’s School of Law, where he served as president of the Criminal Law Society, vice president of the South Asian Law Student Association, executive board member of Honors Moot Court and competing member of the university’s Trial Team. In his graduating year, Angad was also one of three students selected as a fellow of the Panetta Institute for Public Policy.
