Barbora Ohnoutková focuses her practice on dispute resolution, including investor-state and commercial arbitration and proceedings before Czech courts.
Barbora has acted as a member of a counsel team and has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration rules. Barbora has also advised clients on several disputes before Czech courts in both civil and administrative litigation, as well as court proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

Advising a client from the public sector in arbitration proceedings under the ICC arbitration rules relating to the construction of civil infrastructure.
Advised a major Balkan energy company in arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules in connection with a breach of the supply agreement.
Advised a group of Canadian and Cypriot investors in an ICSID investment arbitration regarding indirect expropriation of construction land in the city centre of Belgrade.
Advised a foreign company in arbitration proceedings under the ICC arbitration rules concerning compensation for damages arising from a share purchase agreement.

Represented a Czech supplier of electricity and natural gas to the Czech market in a series of court proceedings regarding a dispute between a majority shareholder and an alleged minority shareholder in a market-leading company.
Advised a Czech client in proceedings before the Czech Constitutional Court concerning violations of the right to a fair trial and the right to own property.
Advised a UK company in dispute concerning infringements of intellectual property rights and rights to database.
Advised clients in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights for violation of due process in proceedings before Czech courts.
