Bethan Oates is an associate in our Litigation Practice, based in our Leeds office. She advises on a range of commercial disputes, including high-value breach-of-contract and warranty claims.
Before joining the Litigation Practice, Bethan was an associate in the firm’s Pro Bono team. She advised charities, nonprofit organisations and individuals on a wide range of legal matters and collaborated with lawyers across the firm’s international network on strategic pro bono initiatives.
Bethan has completed a secondment with a global supply chain specialist, providing her with first-hand experience of the legal and commercial challenges faced by global businesses.
