Colleen Geib advises public and private companies in a variety of industries on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In addition to her M&A practice, Colleen counsels clients on corporate governance, securities matters and multijurisdictional reorganizations.
Colleen is known for her ability to coordinate large, multidisciplinary deal teams and keep complex matters moving efficiently. She often serves as the central point of contact for clients, helping them anticipate issues, manage internal stakeholders and make informed decisions under tight timelines.
During law school, Colleen practiced in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center and worked as a legal extern in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to law school, Colleen worked at a global professional services firm and at her family’s privately held business, where she assisted with the sale of a joint venture.
