Enrico Calabria is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, based in the Milan office.
He provides contentious and noncontentious assistance to individuals, commercial companies and multinational groups in Italy, dealing mostly with dispute resolution. Over the years, he has advised on litigation matters in a wide range of areas, including contractual and commercial disputes, credit recovery, insolvency proceedings, real estate executions, civil liability and labour controversies.
Thanks to his experience, Enrico provides clients with precontentious assessments and risk analyses relating to potential disputes and manages the filing of court briefs in Italian disputes.
