Francesco focuses his practice primarily on transactional work (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, and reorganisations) in different sectors and industries, and provides assistance to multinational groups on corporate governance issues as well as day-to-day corporate matters.
In addition to the corporate work, Francesco has developed significant expertise with respect to data privacy and Italian regulatory regimes, in particular with respect to foreign direct investment (FDI) regulation.
