Jane was previously a partner in a large domestic firm in Ireland and is dual-qualified as a solicitor and a trademark and design attorney . She specialises in intellectual property (IP), privacy, technology and commercial contracts. Her work also encompasses the evolving use and regulation of artificial intelligence (AI), which is an area she has widely written and presented on.
