Jenni Pham (Yến Phạm) is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Singapore. She advises clients on a broad range of cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.
Jenni has experience acting for public and private companies, financial institutions, sponsors and investors across a variety of sectors. Her practice includes advising on complex international transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on capital markets, finance, corporate finance and strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenni trained and practised at leading international law firms in Singapore and advised on significant debt capital markets, M&A and financing transactions across Asia Pacific. She regularly assists clients with transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, regulatory matters and transaction execution.
Drawing on her background in both economics and law, Jenni provides commercially focused advice designed to help clients navigate complex transactions efficiently and achieve their strategic objectives.
Advised Avation PLC on the establishment of its US$1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme and the issuance of US$300 million notes thereunder. The transaction involved a multijurisdictional offering to international investors and formed part of the company's broader funding strategy.*
Advised on the landmark S$1.16 billion de-SPAC transaction involving the combination of a special purpose acquisition company and a Singapore-based operating business, one of the most significant de-SPAC transactions completed in Singapore.*
