Jordin Pettit "J.P." Bach is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Phoenix office. J.P. has experience advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactional matters across various asset classes and deal structures. She advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers in acquisitions and dispositions, single-asset and portfolio transactions, ground leasing, landbanking and development transactions.
While commercial real estate is the primary focus of J.P.’s practice, she also regularly handles real estate components of corporate and commercial finance transactions.
She graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she served as a note and comment editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science and Technology of the ABA, as well as an oralist and brief writer of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team.
