About Juancarlos

Juancarlos Pirani is a senior associate in our Corporate Practice Group based in the Milan office. He advises legal assistance to both domestic and multinational groups and private equity funds.

Juancarlos has experience in M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as in commercial contracts, corporate governance issues and day-to-day corporate matters. He has accrued significant experience representing companies operating in a very wide range of industries, including in the healthcare, fashion, automotive, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Juancarlos joined our Milan office after gaining experience in leading Italian law firms.

Experience

  • Advising a leading Danish group operating in the food-packaging sector on the acquisition of the main assets of an Italian group.
  • Advising a leading French automotive company on the acquisition of a business unit from the Italian subsidiary of a worldwide German automotive conglomerate.
  • Advising a leading renewable investment and management company operating in the Italian renewable energy market on the disposal of solar photovoltaic and wind power plants with a total capacity of 1.1GW and a portfolio of operational and under-development renewable energy plants (photovoltaic and biogas) with a total capacity of approximately 18.4MW.
  • Advising a private equity fund operating in the fashion industry on the acquisition of several Italian small and medium-sized enterprises involved in the manufacturing sector.
  • Advising a private equity fund on the disposal of the entire corporate capital of an Italian company operating in the automotive sector.
  • Advising a leading private equity fund on the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of a holding company owning the majority stake of an Italian listed company operating in the pharma sector.
