Karolina Latasz is a senior associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group, based in our London office. Karolina has extensive experience representing clients in international commercial arbitrations, with a focus on shareholder, joint venture and energy disputes. She also acts as counsel in investor-state disputes and cross-border litigation proceedings. Karolina has a keen interest in renewable energy disputes.
Karolina is active in the international arbitration community. She has established two international arbitration fora – London Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (London VYAP) and the Young Investment Treaty Forum (Young ITF) (under the patronage of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL)) – which were nominated for Global Arbitration Review Awards 2021 and 2023, respectively. Karolina speaks and publishes on arbitration topics and has served as editor of the Jus Mundi blog.
