About Louisa

Louisa Soper is a pro bono lawyer leading the international pro bono practice across our EMEA offices and specialises in human rights.

Louisa works with national and international nongovernmental organisations (NGOs) and charities to identify ways in which lawyers can support with legal need, advice and representation. She works on projects spanning human rights, international development, climate and conservation, rule of law and access to justice. Louisa builds strong and lasting partnerships with NGOs, law centres, universities and intergovernmental organisations to unlock pro bono legal support and strengthen the legal sector.

Louisa is a founder and co-chair of the Yorkshire Pro Bono Committee, which encourages the provision of free legal services across the region.
