Manel Benladghem

Manel Benladghem is a Paris-based associate and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Practice.

Her practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for national and international clients in the areas of intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks and patents), IT law (including software licensing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements) and internet law (e-commerce, liability of technical intermediaries and consumer protection), as well as data protection and artificial intelligence (AI).

Manel advises clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining our firm, Manel gained experience in the IT departments of several international law firms in Paris. She also worked for a French company in the health sector, further strengthening her understanding of regulatory and technological challenges in highly specialised industries.
