Max Campbell is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, based in our Birmingham office.
Max has experience advising both commercial and residential clients on a broad range of real estate litigation disputes, spanning lease renewals, possession proceedings, rent arrears, Section 25 notices and break clause issues.
His experience also extends to commercial litigation, where he has acted for a wide range of businesses and individuals on complex and routine contentious matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery and shareholder issues. Max also has experience in advocacy and in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
