Rachel Bush is an associate in our Pensions Practice Group, based in our Leeds office. She advises trustees and sponsoring employers on a broad range of pensions matters, in relation to defined benefit, defined contributions and life assurance schemes.
Advising on pension scheme governance and amendments to scheme trust deeds and rules.
Drafting deeds of amendment, deeds of appointment, resignation and removal of trustees and other pensions documentation.
Advising trustees on consultation requirements and listed changes under pensions legislation.
Preparing practical updates for trustees on significant cases and legislative developments.
Providing due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.
