About Tamara

Tamara Rozina is a member of the firm’s Government Investigations & White Collar Practice, based in New York. She represents individuals and companies in high-stakes litigation, arbitration and regulatory enforcement matters, including those brought by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Tamara advises clients in sensitive, high-impact situations, guiding them through complex and evolving regulatory landscapes, often alongside parallel civil litigation. She has experience across all phases of government enforcement, from internal investigations and strategic risk assessments to litigation and resolution, and has represented clients in monitorships and compliance engagements. Her practice spans a broad range of matters, including federal securities law violations, insider trading, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and contract disputes. She represents a diverse client base, including investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial institutions, cryptocurrency companies, management consultants and maritime entities, and has experience in class actions, multidistrict litigation and civil asset forfeiture proceedings.

Tamara maintains an active sanctions practice. As a native Russian speaker, she advises clients on regulatory, enforcement and compliance issues arising from the Russia/Ukraine conflict. Her experience includes counseling on sanctions risk management and compliance programs, as well as matters involving Office of Foreign Assets Control licensing, enforcement and designation and delisting proceedings.
