About Will

Will Saunders is a senior associate in the firm's Labour & Employment Practice Group, having joined the team in 2019.

Will’s practice is focussed on strategic HR support, global business transformation projects, C-suite and senior engagements and exits, as well as complex employment tribunal litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims.

Will enjoys working closely with clients’ legal and people leaders and developing a deep understanding of their businesses in order to provide tailored advice and commercial solutions.

Will leads our specialist employee data subject access request team, providing strategic advice to clients in relation to the handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), in the context of complex and high-value disputes.

Will supports Miriam Lampert on the firm’s Israel Desk and has been mentioned in the Israel Desks directory for the advice he provides to Israeli clients on employment law issues.

Will is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

  • Acting in challenging employment tribunal claims for discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.

  • Assisting in relation to complex appeals and cross appeals in multi-claimant equal pay claims.
