Zachary Hofstetter is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. He advises borrowers and lenders on a domestic and cross-border basis on a variety of matters, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financing, senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset based and structured finance facilities, loan workouts and restructuring, as well as letter of credit transactions.
Zachary’s experience includes assisting with a wide range of matters, including serving as a key team member of the following transactions:
Representing the Los Angeles branch of a major Taiwanese bank as lead bank in connection with a US$515 million multicurrency term and revolving credit facility extended to a global food manufacturer for one of the world’s most recognizable canned goods labels.
Representing the Los Angeles branches of multiple Taiwanese, Hong Kong and Chinese banks in structuring and documenting credit facilities ranging from US$50 million to US$200 million, extended to various US subsidiaries of a Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer.
Representing a bank in a US$65 million revolving credit facility secured by a personal collection of artwork.
Representing the lead agent in connection with a US$477 million multicurrency secured syndicated credit facility for an automotive supplier.
Representing the lead agent in connection with a US$150 million secured syndicated credit facility for a utility industry supplier.
