Zehra Jafri is a trial lawyer in our San Francisco office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She has advised clients ranging from sole proprietors to Fortune 100 companies on matters involving commercial litigation, with a particular focus on the automotive industry.
Zehra also handles complex intellectual property matters. Her work has involved legal and technical expertise in patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, contracts, products liability and commercial litigation spaces including electric vehicles (EV) and charging.
Her work as a trial team member includes developing and implementing multifaceted discovery strategies, managing technical engineering experts and fact witnesses, as well as drafting dispositive motions and trial briefs.
She previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Consuelo B. Marshall in the Central District of California.
Represented a cybersecurity company in high-stakes litigation, obtaining a US$151.5 million judgment.
Represented a software company in high-stakes litigation, obtaining a US$17 million judgment.
