Miguel Nasser is a senior associate in the Tax Strategy & Benefits department, based in our Madrid office. He has broad experience as a tax lawyer advising both national and multinational companies on tax matters, with a particular focus on M&A, corporate restructuring, tax planning, tax consolidation and international taxation. Miguel also regularly advises and represents companies in inspection proceedings before Spanish tax authorities, as well as in judicial review proceedings conducted before the Spanish courts.

  • Advising a large Spanish hotel group in the tax aspects of its restructuring (mergers and spin-offs).
  • Advising foreign international groups on Spanish acquisitions and business operations in Spain.
  • Providing international tax advice for Spanish companies in its investments in foreign jurisdictions.
