French Stagiaire Program

We place a strong emphasis on supporting our early career professionals into their life-long careers. Our emerging talent population is valued and developed throughout their career journey and provided with extensive opportunities and training to support their professional development.

Here you will find further information about our Stagiaires program, including insights into the program and the application process to join us.

Our Opportunities

We are looking for people who mirror our values, with the curiosity, agility and teamwork needed to thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape. If you are interested in first-rate client work in an inclusive environment and a strong emphasis on your wellbeing, we could be the firm for you.

Internships

Our internships will provide you with an excellent opportunity to build networks and gain valuable insights into the life of an associate.

We generally, but not exclusively, offer six-month internships from January to June and from July to December of each year to individuals who, as part of their studies and/or route to qualification as a lawyer, want to gain relevant professional experience. We offer internships in the following teams:

  • International dispute resolution
  • Corporate – M&A
  • Banking and finance
  • Labor and employment
  • IP/IT
  • Real estate
  • Tax
  • Restructuring
  • White collar and government investigations
  • Competition – antitrust

This program serves as a valuable tool for recognizing the talent and value of forthcoming associates, and it is of paramount importance to us that we welcome individuals with exceptional profiles and skills to be a part of our firm. Our unwavering belief is that the cultivation of skills through training, the guidance provided by mentors and the support offered through coaching all contribute to the success of our program and, subsequently, to the thriving of our firm in Paris.

As an intern, you will receive dedicated supervision from an associate or partner, offering continuous support, advice and guidance. You will be exposed to high-quality work and active client engagement, and have the opportunity to collaborate across various practice groups and industries on intricate international issues, transactions, disputes and policy matters.

We are pleased that so many of our interns have joined us as associates after being sworn in, and that many of them have become, or are on their way to becoming, leaders at our firm.

Discover our internship opportunities on LinkedIn, Law profiler, Village de la Justice and the EFB website.

“I’ve been involved in a variety of investment and commercial arbitration cases, allowing me to learn from lawyers from all around the world who are leaders in their fields. This has enabled me to develop my legal skills and identify my own areas of interest.”

Amina Ben Ayed | International Dispute Resolution | Paris

“By involving me on all aspects of the cases, trusting me to take on responsibilities and complex tasks, and taking my opinion into consideration at all times, the team truly made me feel as one of their own. This, combined with such a nice work atmosphere and a good work-life balance, made the firm an ideal place to work at. And I have indeed continued working at the firm ever since.”

Camille Cretin | International Dispute Resolution | Paris
