    Our Employment Law Update 2019 will take place on 14 June 2019 in Berlin.

    New laws and practices are set to enter into force in May, and the decision on the recording of working time by the European Court of Justice has triggered a broad debate. It is of considerable practical importance, not only in Germany, and affects almost all employers. 

    Join us for a discussion on this and other working time issues, including what action you may need to take. In addition, our speakers will report on practice-relevant decisions of the labour courts and on the current status of A1 certification.
