Join us for the fourth and final session in our four-part Women in Energy and Environment Webinar Series.

We will return to the US for our last session for a discussion of the Biden Administration’s Regulatory Agenda for Energy and Environment. Our panel will provide a whirlwind review of all the rollbacks, pauses, reverses and advances already implemented by the Biden Administration regarding key energy and environmental regulatory programs. Speaking of wind, with the Administration’s focus on renewable energy, we will look at several major offshore wind energy policy and project advances since our last webinar series, with developments on both coasts and in the Gulf of Mexico. Our regulatory discussions will include several key Clean Water Act rules under renewed review, at least one project in peril as a result, the implications of the “pause” on oil and gas leasing, likely re-establishment of certain national monument boundaries, and the tension between Buy America and project timelines for certain critical/renewable energy minerals. We will explore new policies and directions under the Clean Air Act and close with a brief examination of what to expect with the re-evaluation of several chemicals under TSCA and the launch of a new round of chemical review under the statute as it approaches its five-year anniversary.
