    As part of our Black History Month celebrations, we are honoured to welcome Law Society President I. Stephanie Boyce to share with us her vision for a more diverse and inclusive legal sector, as well as reflect on her own personal career successes.

    Stephanie holds many positions of influence, including appointment to the HM Treasury and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy commission – an independent taskforce boosting socioeconomic diversity at senior levels in financial and professional services. In 2020, she was voted on to the Governance Hot 100 as a Board Influencer and made the Power List 100 Most Influential Black People in the UK in 2021.
