In partnership with Leeds University Business School, we are delighted to invite you to this event exploring the development of our joint report with Leeds University Business School, titled “Rebalancing Manufacturing After Global Shocks and Stresses”.

The spread of uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity in a global environment is having a ripple effect on businesses operating across the manufacturing industry, so it is important to explore the adoption of ESG initiatives to help manufacturers to reinvent their long-term strategy, to reset and “build back better”.

Shaped by the questions that you want answered, we will address topics including building a strategy for responsible innovation, ESG impact on productivity, implementing regulations in emerging technological fields, employees as agents of change, restructuring of jobs and skills in UK aerospace manufacturing, and trends in workplace cultures.
