  • Salary threshold increases from 4 April 2024 for Skilled Worker visas
  • The impact for existing sponsored employees, Student and Graduate visa holders and other categories
  • The new Immigration Salary List (replacing the Shortage Occupation List)
  • Other relevant changes in the new Immigration Rules from 4 April 2024
  • The end of sponsor licences renewals but the beginning of tougher sponsor compliance?
  • Digitalisation of the UK immigration system, including the transition from Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs) to online status from 31 December 2024
