    September 2011

“Defence Procurement”, co-authored by Squire Sanders lawyers Ohad Graber-Soudry and Adam Labbett-Ainsworth, has been published in Global Competition Review’s The European Antitrust Review 2012. The article considers the wider context surrounding the recent introduction of the EU Defence Procurement Directive (Directive) and highlights some of the key aspects of the Directive that differ from traditional EU procurement rules and seek to address the specific requirements of the defence sector. The article concludes by considering the opportunities the Directive may bring for EU-based and non-EU-based firms active in the defence sector.
