Squire Patton Boggs has advised Inversiones Gasolgest on the sale of Hotel Innside Madrid Genova to Sardinero Hoteles. As part of the transaction, the management and day-to-day running of the hotel will also transfer from previous operator, Meliá Hotels and Resorts, to Sardinero Hotels.
Hotel Innside Madrid Genova occupies an early 20th century building designed in 1914 by Ignacio de Aldama Elorz. A four-star hotel, it was recently refurbished and has 65 bedrooms, multiple meeting rooms, a bar-cafeteria, dining room, gymnasium and two terraces with views over the city center.
