Squire Patton Boggs represented NTT Urban Development Corporation, a US affiliate of Japan-based Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT), in its joint venture agreement with Atlanta-based RangeWater Development for the development of 121 luxury for-rent town house style multi-family apartments on 14.2 acres of land in Corinth, Texas (north of the Dallas Fort Worth).
The build-to-rent development, to be known as Storia at Greenway Trails, represents NTT Urban Development Corporation’s second investment in Texas and will break ground in September 2024.
The transaction was led by partner Deborah C. Ryan and included Mackenzie Cietek, Scott Thomas, Matthew Sagone, and Erik Lange.
