Squire Patton Boggs has advised Trajan, a fund specializing in capital and management transfers for French SMEs, on the acquisition of 100% of the OCR Group from Olivier Faure, Guy Arpino, and Raphaël Bouchet.
To complete this new acquisition, Trajan has partnered with Laurène Debesse as the new managing director.
The team advising Trajan was composed of Charles Fabry and Anthony Guillaume, partners in Corporate, assisted by associate Victor Dransard, and Benjamin Marché, partner in Financial Services, assisted by associate Yasmina Taki.
Founded in 1995 by three engineers, OCR Group has established itself as a leading player in the consulting, sales, installation, maintenance, and repair of uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS). OCR works on more than 3,500 UPS systems for companies, mainly in the tertiary sector (offices, hospitals, schools and other public institutions, logistics centers, small data centers, and transport infrastructure).
