Alice Baril is an associate in the Real Estate Practice, based in our Paris office. She specialises in public and private real estate law, as well as construction law.

Alice assists clients in their contractual needs (including in relation to leases, construction agreements, engineering contracts and sub-contractors), advising and negotiating by their side.

Alice also assists clients with real estate transactions, whether asset deals or share deals. In addition, she has experience in litigation and dispute resolution both in real estate law and construction.

Alice joined the firm in 2024 and prior to that, she worked in construction law firms, as well as for a leading construction company on major infrastructure projects.

  • Advising on all aspects of real estate law (including new environmental and energy regulations relating to property).
  • Providing assistance to property developers and their operational teams throughout their public or private construction projects (including advice and litigation).
  • Representing clients before administrative, civil and commercial courts, as well as assisting clients in forensic examinations.
  • Performing lease audits as part of a property development project, share deals and asset deals.
