Dickie Chan is an associate in our Competition – Antitrust Practice Group based in our London office.

Dickie has experience of advising on a variety of contentious and non-contentious EU and UK competition law matters.

Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Dickie had previously worked in the dispute resolution department at a Magic Circle law firm specialising in competition litigation. Dickie has undertaken secondments at both a leading card payment scheme operator and a boutique financial institution.

  • Assisting in follow-on damages litigation arising out of an EU cartel investigation.
  • Advising on general competition law matters such as merger control and public procurement.
  • Undertaking a secondment to a leading card payment scheme operator assisting in proceedings regarding multilateral interchange fees on card transactions as well as preparatory work for a corporate acquisition transaction to create a single global entity.
  • Undertaking a secondment to a boutique financial institution advising on contentious, commercial and regulatory matters.
