  • Assisting with a contractual dispute over amounts owed to a medical equipment supplier in relation to the provision of personal protective equipment from China during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Assisting with legal research, reviewing and analysing pleadings, and conducting discovery regarding a dispute heard before the Queensland District Court relating to the supply of goods from the UK.
  • Assisting with pre-action discovery in relation to a dispute over the exploration of mining tenements in two African nations.
  • Assisting with a shareholders’ dispute being heard before the Federal Court of Australia that involves issues relating to oppression remedies, intellectual property rights and valuation of the shareholding.
  • Assisting with legal research, preparing court documentation, preparing evidence documentation and witness evidence analysis for final submissions, as well as various other tasks for a three-week trial before the Perth Magistrate’s Court defending allegations that operations at a manufacturing facility breached environmental regulations.
  • Assisting with reviewing financing and other related agreements, as well as assisting with drafting regulatory disclosure documents in connection with the US$1.1 billion acquisition of a company operating a New South Wales mine by a US-headquartered special purpose acquisition vehicle.
