- Assisting various clients, including Brookfield Properties, St Martins and EG Funds, on various matters relating to commercial and retail leasing.
- Assisting clients on the sale and purchase of operating hotels, including acting on behalf of Hiap Hoe Limited on the AU$96 million sale of the Four Points by Sheraton Docklands to MA Financial Group.
- Assisting with matters relating to strata titled developments, including drafting and issuing notifiable variations and preparing template lot sale contracts, including acting on behalf of Far East Consortium in relation to the 314 apartment Perth Hub development.
- Assisting with reviewing financing and other related agreements, as well as assisting with drafting regulatory disclosure documents in connection with the US$1.1 billion acquisition of a company operating a New South Wales mine by a US-headquartered special purpose acquisition vehicle.
