  • Advised Ellab Group on the acquisitions of Autocal and Calx Instrumentation Services (2021, 2022).
  • Acted for a number of insurance brokers on their sales to Aston Lark, PIB and Innovu (2021, 2022).
  • Advised Action Point on the acquisition of ICT Project Management and acted for the shareholders of Action Point on the subsequent sale of the group to Viatel (2021).
  • Advised numerous startup companies in the technology, food and beverage and sports industries at various stages on fundraising rounds through SAFEs, CLN, Enterprise Ireland and crowdfunding.
