Rebecca Dücker is a member of our International Dispute Resolution Practice and is based in our Frankfurt office. She specializes in the fields of intellectual property (IP) and competition law.

    She advises domestic and foreign clients on trademark issues and handles the branding, labeling, market approval and distribution, as well as any litigation related to such matters.

    She completed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt and New York City, where she worked for an international law firm, as well as in the legal department of a cosmetics company in the field of IP. She also worked as a research assistant in a litigation and IP law firm during her legal clerkship, and as a chair of civil and commercial law with a focus on international intellectual property law during her studies.
