Katherine Jones is a US lawyer who advises clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation disputes throughout the US, with a focus on defense of complex civil and products liability matters.

    Katherine has valuable experience in all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery – taking and defending depositions – trial, and appeal. Her effective approaches have earned opportunities to successfully present oral arguments on appeal and to successfully first-chair trials at the trial court level. She has also represented clients in mediation leading to successful settlement.

    Katherine has experience in a wide range of areas including breach of contract claims, negligence and product liability claims. She has represented clients in financial and fiduciary litigation, including multimillion-dollar cases involving complex issues surrounding privately held corporations, complicated financial and investment facts, and multiple real estate holdings.
