Olivia Mardon
Professional Support Lawyer
Olivia Mardon is a professional support lawyer. Her particular area of expertise is international labour and employment law. Over the years, Olivia has project managed large international deals covering a wide-range of topics, including but not limited to harmonizing severance terms, outsourcing, European Works Council, confidentiality and contract review. She also has experience drafting detailed reports on overseas jurisdictions covering key topics such as terms and conditions of employment, redundancies, business transfers and severance.
Olivia assists charitable organizations and previously worked, pro bono , for Amnesty International (International Secretariat) in London. She has also managed and edited international employment law newsletter covering 40 countries and written numerous articles on the latest labour law developments in European law and their implications for clients.
- Project managed a complex international deal covering more than 40 countries with the objective of harmonizing the client’s severance terms worldwide and in compliance with local laws.
- Acted for a large retail client in a cross-border outsourcing project covering multiple jurisdictions.
