Olivia Mardon is a professional support lawyer. Her particular area of expertise is international labour and employment law. Over the years, Olivia has project managed large international deals covering a wide-range of topics, including but not limited to harmonizing severance terms, outsourcing, European Works Council, confidentiality and contract review. She also has experience drafting detailed reports on overseas jurisdictions covering key topics such as terms and conditions of employment, redundancies, business transfers and severance.

Olivia has developed a significant international labour law network with recognised labour law practitioners worldwide. She is therefore able to advise clients even concerning those countries where the firm does not have a physical presence.

Olivia assists charitable organizations and previously worked, pro bono , for Amnesty International (International Secretariat) in London. She has also managed and edited international employment law newsletter covering 40 countries and written numerous articles on the latest labour law developments in European law and their implications for clients.
