Natasha Maric is an associate in our Intellectual Property & Technology team in London. Her practice incorporates advising clients on commercial, intellectual property and consumer issues. She has experience across a variety of sectors, including media and advertising, entertainment and retail.

    • Assisting one of the world’s largest live events promoters with its commercial agreements and sponsorship deals.
    • Advising a major fashion retailer on action to remove problematic Twitter handles.
    • Assisting with IP disputes, including pre-action matters relating to copyright infringement, trade mark infringement and passing off.
    • Part of a team defending a major car rental company in a high-profile IP infringement case at the High Court.
