Victoria Murphy is a partner in the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice with expertise and experience in a wide variety of taxation matters relating to corporate acquisitions, M&A, private equity transactions and management buyouts, advising investors, corporates, management teams and individuals on all aspects of these transactions. Victoria also has significant experience in advising on the tax aspects and structuring of share schemes and management incentive arrangements working with businesses at all stages of their incentive lifecycle.
Victoria is dual qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser and the breadth of her experience and qualification allows her to provide streamlined advice to clients across a wide range of topics.
