Kai Nickel is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group based in our Böblingen office. He advises national and international clients on a broad variety of commercial and corporate matters. Specializing in litigation, he represents clients before courts and arbitration bodies. He has particular experience in international contracts distribution law, as well as the company and product liability law. In corporate law matters he focuses on various asset and share deals and mergers.

    Before joining our firm in February 2018, Kai gained multiple years of experience as an associate to a German law firm based in Frankfurt, and as a general counsel (Munich) of a German stock corporation and the worldwide active hard- and software specialist in the area of the automotive industry and vehicle diagnostics. As general counsel he was responsible for 20 subsidiaries in Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific region.
