Kai Nickel is a senior associate in our Litigation Practice Group based in our Böblingen office. He advises national and international clients on a broad variety of commercial and corporate matters. Specializing in litigation, he represents clients before courts and arbitration bodies. He has particular experience in international contracts and distribution law, as well as the company and product liability law. In corporate law matters, he focuses on share deals, mergers and joint venture deals.

Before joining our firm in February 2018, Kai gained multiple years of experience as an associate to a German law firm based in Frankfurt and as a general counsel of a German stock corporation based in Munich, a worldwide active hard- and software specialist for the automotive industry and vehicle diagnostics. As general counsel, he was responsible for 20 subsidiaries in Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific region.
