Advising a Central Asian state on a major UNCITRAL arbitration, stemming from a production sharing agreement.
Advising an Eastern European state on a ICSID dispute.
Advised a Middle Eastern state on a UNCITRAL energy dispute.
Advised a major global manufacturing company on a SIAC dispute arising out of a commodities sale and purchase agreement.
Assisted on a LCIA arbitration concerning a long-term LNG sale and purchase agreement between two major energy companies.
Assisted with an East Asian client against an oil major in an ICC LNG dispute.
