Bradley M. Thompson

Brad Thompson is a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Corporate Law Practice Groups, concentrating his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
In his M&A and corporate work, Brad has served clients operating in several industries, including financial services, construction, manufacturing, retail, technology and other industrial sectors.
Brad has advised clients on and been involved with numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate value of more than US$2 billion.
Prior to his legal career Brad worked as an underwriter and obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
