Bradley M. Thompson
Associate
Brad Thompson is a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Corporate Law Practice Groups, concentrating his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Bradley worked for a national law firm, where he led due diligence efforts and managed multifaceted deal teams from the letter of intent to closing the deal, as well as negotiating complex contracts for fortune 500 companies.
Before studying law, Bradley worked as an underwriter where he obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
