Lucija Vranesevic focuses her practice on cybersecurity, privacy and data protection issues affecting clients in a range of sectors, including IT and pharmaceuticals.

In particular, she regularly advises clients on privacy laws such as the Network and Information Systems Directive (NIS), the GDPR and e-privacy regulation, as well as on legal novelties in the digital sphere. Lucija has experience in advisory, transactional and regulatory matters, including cross-border technology transfers, contract negotiation, compliance programs, data breaches and data protection due diligence. She also has in-house experience of supporting a big tech company in achieving data protection compliance prior to the entry into force of the GDPR.
