Amjad Wakil
Associate
Amjad Wakil is an associate in the firm’s International Trade & Foreign Investment Practice Group, working in export control and sanctions compliance, trade remedy, national security review, foreign direct investment and US government contracts law.
Amjad earned her J.D. with a certificate in transnational legal studies from the Georgetown University Law Center. Amjad also served as the administrative editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives and participated in the Health Justice Alliance Clinic.
Amjad received her B.S. in public relations with minors in both Chinese Mandarin and American Sign Language from Towson University in 2020.
