The thriving ecosystem of startups and scale-ups has catalyzed investment in technology and emerging trends, serving as focal points for collaboration and deal flow in high-growth sectors.
With ample opportunities for investors to support the growth and innovation of companies, we will be looking at the current trends in growth capital – including internationally – and measures that are being taken or need to be taken to improve access to growth capital.
Our specialist lawyers, working across venture capital; private equity; capital markets; intellectual property; employment and incentives; data protection; commercial; and regulatory, support all stages of growth to enable successful decision making at every step.
Our knowledge of issues at later stages of funding and exits – including on complex cross-border transactions – helps to frame the structure that should be built from the start, and to preempt due diligence processes. We have global offices with international reach; like technology, we work without boundaries.
