The event will feature a fireside chat with Lydia de la Torre, who recently rejoined our firm as Of Counsel after serving as a Board Member of the California Privacy Protection Board and continuing her role as a Professor at UC Davis School of Law. Lydia will share her insights on the latest trends in privacy and data security, addressing the evolution of California and other U.S. state consumer privacy laws, and offering perspectives on enforcement and rulemaking priorities.
