Join Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) Mentoring Group 11 – Denis Sarvarov (Squire Patton Boggs), Ana Luiza Castro (Squire Patton Boggs), Tomáš Král (JSK) and Auriane Negret (Hogan Lovells Cadwalader) – for a live debate exploring whether AI should replace human counsel, arbitrators, experts and tribunal secretaries. The session will be moderated by James Hope (Mentor, Vinge) and Dimitrios Papageorgiou (Group Advisor, Pinna Goldberg).

In a series of short Oxford-style debates, each mentee will argue in real time against an AI model on whether AI should replace each of these roles. At the end of each debate, participants will be invited to vote and decide whether the human advocate or the AI has made the more persuasive case.

Please note that registration for this event is been handled by Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
