Squire Patton Boggs has advised Webexpenses, a portfolio company of private equity investor Tenzing, on its merger with finance automation platform Zudello, broadening its technology offering across expense management, accounts payable and wider financial operations for finance teams across the UK, APAC and North America.
The Squire Patton Boggs team was led by Corporate partners Louisa Hine (Sydney) and Mark Yeo (London), and included Tasman Lillioja, Domenico Rotondo, Summer Prior and Tom Currie. They were assisted by Nicola Martin, James Pomeroy and Grace Kim (Labour and Employment), Louise Boyce (Tax Strategy and Benefits), James Konidaris (Competition-Antitrust), Tanvi Mehta Krensel (Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital Assets), Mark Palermo and Blake Di Virgilio (Real Estate) and Candice Kwok (Intellectual Property and Technology).
Founded in 2000, Webexpenses has built more than two decades of expertise in expense management, alongside an established global go-to-market platform. The merger brings this scale and international reach together with Zudello’s broader automation capabilities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, order management, contract management and budgeting, creating a more connected offering for the office of the CFO.
