New HR Radar App Delivers Real-Time Employment Law Intelligence for Global Employers

Squire Patton Boggs has launched HR Radar, a new employment law intelligence app that helps multinational employers stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes.

Designed for HR and legal teams, HR Radar delivers real-time, lawyer-verified updates and reminders on employment law developments and recurring compliance obligations. The app provides concise, actionable alerts only when business action is required, helping employers identify emerging issues before they impact operations.

“HR and legal teams are under increasing pressure to monitor employment law developments across a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape,” said Alison Treliving, co-chair of the global Labour & Employment Practice Group at Squire Patton Boggs. “HR Radar provides a smarter, more efficient way to stay informed. With lawyer-verified updates, timely reminders and direct access to local employment law experts, the app helps employers anticipate change, mitigate risk and maintain compliance wherever they operate.”

The app is available on iOS and Android. Users can select the jurisdictions most relevant to their business and receive tailored notifications directly to their device.

HR Radar is the latest in a suite of technology-enabled solutions developed by the firm to help employers manage their workforces across the globe. These include the award-winning Global Edge, which provides instant access to the latest global employment law developments; Global HR Audit, a diagnostic tool that helps organisations assess and strengthen their HR compliance frameworks; and DSAResolution, which streamlines the management of employee data subject access requests (DSARs) in the UK. Together, these tools are supported by the firm's Global Labor and Employment Resource Hub, a central platform providing access to its employment law insights, events, resources and technology solutions.
