Squire Patton Boggs advised Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., a leading provider of water management solutions, on its definitive agreement to acquire StormTrap Investments LLC from PSP Capital for approximately $530 million.
StormTrap is a leading provider of large-volume, highly engineered stormwater management solutions. The acquisition will expand ADS’ portfolio of stormwater storage products and solutions, broaden its addressable market and create additional cross-selling opportunities across non-residential and infrastructure markets. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
